Robert Gersohn – Founder & Principal

Numero Bridge was founded by Robert Gersohn, a finance professional with over 30 years’ experience spanning bookkeeping, financial control, management accounting and business transformation.

Robert has worked across SMEs, property businesses, franchise environments including being a franchisee, accountancy practices and publicly listed companies, including preparing statutory financials for global organisations and building financial systems for fast-growing businesses.

He previously ran and scaled a chartered accountancy practice and company formation agency serving over 1,200 clients, leading its digital transformation and delivering revenue and EBITDA growth before its sale in 2022. He has also held senior finance leadership roles within property investment firms, property management companies, and construction-related businesses.

Robert is a Certified Bookkeeper (MICB) and holds degrees in Accountancy, Economics and Financial Analysis. His approach blends technical rigour with calm, structured systems – ensuring clients receive not just accurate records, but clarity, control and confidence in their financial position.
