Do you offer one-off services or only ongoing support?

We usually work on a monthly service basis, as this gives you continuity, consistency and better outcomes. However, if you have a specific project, we’re happy to discuss it.

How much do your services cost?

Our fees are fixed monthly and tailored to your business structure, size and complexity. Rather than offering generic packages online, we prefer to understand your needs first and then recommend the right level of support. A short discovery call is the best way to explore this.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. We work on rolling monthly agreements with clear notice periods. Our focus is on building long-term working relationships, not locking people in.

What’s included – and what’s not?

Each engagement has a clearly defined scope, so you know exactly what’s covered and what sits outside. This keeps expectations clear and avoids surprises on both sides.

What software do you use?

We mainly work with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, alongside secure cloud tools. Where possible, we fit into your existing systems rather than forcing change.

Will you work with my existing accountant or tax adviser?

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with accountants and advisers and are happy to do so as required.

Will I have a named contact?

Yes – you’ll have a dedicated point of contact who knows your business and is responsible for your work.

How do you keep my data safe?

We take data protection seriously and use secure systems and best-practice processes to keep your information safe and confidential.

What happens after a discovery call?

We’ll talk through your business, systems and challenges. If we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend a service scope and send a written proposal outlining deliverables, timelines and fees.

How long does onboarding take?

Most onboarding takes 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and readiness of your data.

When can you start?

Subject to availability and onboarding progress, we usually begin within 2–4 weeks.
